This “Clarification Text” has been prepared to inform our potential employee relative, employee relative, shareholder, supplier, supplier employee/managers, potential product or service buyer, product or service recipient, product or service recipient employee, product, or service recipient relative and visitors on the processing of your personal data.

Company operates at the address “Yenidoğan Mahallesi Abdi İpekçi Caddesi No:56A/3 Bayrampaşa/Istanbul” and on the website is “www.dis212.com.tr”. Company processes your personal data, which consists of finance, physical space security, visual and audio records, communication, identity, professional experience, customer transactions, preferences and needs, personal and health data, as a data controller within the scope of PDPL.

 

  1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are processed within the purposes as follows: Executing emergency management processes, executing employee candidate / intern / student selection and placement processes, executing employee candidates’ application processes, fulfilling obligations arising from employment contract and legislation for employees, executing fringe benefits and interests processes for employees, planning and executing training, executing activities in compliance with legislation, executing finance and accounting affairs, ensuring physical location security, executing recruitment processes, executing communication activities, planning human resources processes, executing / supervising business activities, executing occupational health / safety activities, receiving and evaluating suggestions for the improvement of business processes, executing business continuity activities, executing logistics activities, executing goods / service purchase processes, executing goods / service sales processes, organization and event management, executing risk management processes, executing agreement processes, following requests/complaints, ensuring security of movable goods and resources, executing supply chain management processes, executing medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, ensuring security of data controller operations, foreign personnel work and residence permit procedures, giving information to the authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and executing management activities.

 

III. Data Transfer Purposes and the Recipients

Your personal data: it can be shared with public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations; and it can be also shared our suppliers, consisting of a lawyer and accounting office for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for the employees, purchasing / selling the goods and services, conducting the communication, logistics, finance and accounting works, and following the legal affairs.

 

 

  1. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data: it is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, to carry out the fulfillment of legal obligations stipulation in the law, signing of the contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller, orally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, and based on legal reasons.

In this context, your personal data is processed by non-automatic methods through phone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices. It is also processed by automatic methods through the camera recording system and e-mail transmission in the common areas and working areas.

 

  1. Rights of The Personal Data Subject Under Article 11 of PDPL

In accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDPL and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests in the following ways regarding your rights under the title of “Rights of the Data Subject” with scope of Article 11 of the PDPL by filling in all the information specified in the Application Form.

a-) By personally coming to our company headquarters at the address “Yenidoğan Mahallesi Abdi İpekçi Caddesi No:56A/3 Bayrampaşa/İstanbul”,

b-) In order to be able to identify your identity and not to give information to the wrong people, in writing to our head office via a notary public or by sending a registered letter with return receipt,

c-) Using the e-mail address notified to our company and registered in our systems, you can send an e-mail to the address “dis212randevu@gmail.com ” or by other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.

 

Your requests in your application shall conclude demands within the shortest time by considering the nature of the demand and at the latest within thirty days and free of charge. However, if the action requires an extra cost, fees may be charged in the tariff determined by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board.
